Half Lamb Box contains:
Whole leg joint (bone-in)
Whole shoulder joint (bone-in)
Loin chops
Lamb cutlets
Chump chops
Breast (boned and rolled)

A Whole Lamb Box contains:
2 Whole leg joints (bone-in)
2 Whole shoulder joints (bone-in)
Loin chops
Lamb cutlets
Chump chops
Breasts (boned & rolled)

The whole lamb box contains twice the amount of each item as the half lamb box.
Lamb boxes purchased before Monday will usually be delivered between Thursday and Sunday of the same week. We will contact you after you place your order to arrange a time convenient for you.
