We rear everything we sell on Garth Farm. Our delicious Welsh Black Beef Boxes are a popular and tasty choice, vacuum packed for easy storage.

The beef boxes contents and weight will vary.

SMALL BEEF BOX CONTAINS:
5kg - 6kg of quality Welsh Black Beef from Garth Farm

• 2 x Sirloin or Rump Steaks

• 1 - 2 roasting joints (Rib, Top side, Top Rump, Silverside)

• 1 - 2 slow cooking (Brisket, Braising steak, Shin, Chuck)

• 1kg mince beef

• 0.5kg diced beef

LARGE BEEF BOX CONTAINS:
10kg - 12kg of quality Welsh Black Beef from Garth Farm

• Sirloin steaks x 2

• Rump Steaks X 2

• Fillet Steak ~200g

• 2 - 3 x roasting joints (Rib, Top side, Top Rump, Silverside)

• 2 - 3 slow cooking (Brisket, Braising steak, Shin, Chuck)

• 2kg mince beef
